Shambhavi supports the firm with policy research, media-monitoring, and drafting statements and press releases.

Before joining Evergreen, she served as a graduate consultant for Better Work Jordan where she mapped the migration of Bangladeshi workers into Jordan’s garment sector, identified key obstacles, and proposed gender-sensitive policy recommendations. She has previously worked in international development and in policy research for the INC political party in India.

A proud resident of NYC, Shambhavi shares her love of good coffee, craft beers, and apartment viewings with her foster dog, Brownie. She recently graduated with a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University, SIPA, where she focused on Urban Social Policy and Humanitarian Affairs.
