Prior to Evergreen, Noor worked as an intern with the Georgia Innocence Project, as well as an AmeriCorps VISTA. She became interested in policy through her leadership in Roosevelt at UGA, a non-partisan student-run think tank.  

Noor is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia, where she studied journalism, criminal justice, and sociology. She enjoys playing board games, ultimate frisbee, and hiking.
